Flight of the Humpback is a perfect cross platform project with real educational and immersive interactive components. It is targeted at the youth but would have a large appeal across all ages. People will be able to communicate with their favourite musician or actor, go to sleep to live whale songs or see whales playing live, from their office, home or school. They can also participate in the fate of the creatures they are journeying with. It has potential to generate a huge audience worldwide and to drive this traffic across platforms.
Most of the important issues around whaling will be covered including the Worlds and the Australian Governments current position and legal options. It will also hear from whale watch operators whose Multi million dollar industry like the humpbacks future, hangs in the balance. On board Researches and Scientist will explain their non lethal technics of whale research. Other issues which effect the whales and the Great Barrier Reef like global warming, coral bleaching and eco system change will be witnessed and discussed.
